After internal training, you will be able to take over the following responsibilities:
• Exhaustive Search and Selection of candidates from the IT sector;
• Management of different positions, such as: IT support, SW Developers, Analysts, QA Testers, Project Managers, Product Owners…
• Conduct phone interviews and participate in the presential interviews;
• Working closely with Senior consultants and support them in their projects;
• Develop the database and detailed Job Desriptions;
• Create and translate reports in English, Spanish and German related to specific HR projects.
Requirements:
• Application of your knowledge in different technologies
• Analytical and database experience;
• Willing to contribute new ideas and articulate them and not just execute on existing ones;
• A commitment to learning – We want someone who seeks to deliver impact, but also invests in themselves and others;
• Good communication skills in Spanish and English or German;
• Team player.
