This is the Terms and Conditions for www.interrex.lt. The Site is owned and operated by UAB “Interrex LT”, registered in the Register of Legal Entities, with legal entity code: 304177104; Vilnius, Lithuania.
These Terms and Conditions are between Interrex, and you (hereinafter – the Client) regarding the use of the website www.interrex.lt (hereinafter – the website). Your use of the website will be subject to these Terms and by using the website you agree to be bound by them. We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time by changing them on the Site. These Terms and Conditions were last updated on January 01/2023.
Registering an account
To connect and apply for internships and entry-level jobs on the website you will need to register an account. To register you must provide:
- Your first and last name;
- Email address;
- Create a password.
You can also update your account with details of your personal and educational background, fill in information about work experiences, and other activities add your social media accounts. Detailing the sorts of skills you have.
All information that you provide to us when registering an account must be true and accurate to the best of your knowledge and belief. It is your responsibility to ensure that information in your Interrex account is updated regularly with any relevant changes.
We reserve the right in our absolute discretion to refuse to register any given prospective user and to withhold the reasons for doing so. We reserve the right to disable any account at any time if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions in these Terms or if any details you provide to register as a user prove to be false.
Commercial communication
By the provisions of the EU Civil Code, you hereby agree that we can send you, by email, any information that would be necessary to subscribe to or to provide a Service as well as, more generally, any information sent about the performance of the GTCU and, more generally, of the Contract. For that purpose, we will use the email address or addresses you have provided.
Likewise, the user will refrain from using the contents and, in particular, the information of any kind obtained through the web to send advertising, communications for direct sales, or with any other kind of commercial purpose, unsolicited messages addressed to a plurality of people regardless of their purpose. By Accepting These Terms and Conditions you also agree to receive commercial communications from us.
Login details and password
You will also be asked to choose a password for your account on registration. You must keep your password confidential at all times You are solely responsible for protecting your login details and password and we will not be held liable for any loss or damage that may result from your failure to do so.
We may suspend your account or require you to change your password if we have reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of your account.

Career offers and our role
We operate a website for you to find job offers and to apply and make contact with entities offering those jobs (Employers). We are not responsible for the jobs they make available.
We make no guarantee that any offers posted on our website will meet your particular needs. You are responsible for submitting your application by the job descriptions provided.
On our website you will find Internships and Entry-level jobs, which are defined below.

Most common causes for Service Suspension
If you have reached the maximum number of allowed applications number to submit, there is not much you can do other than wait for the suspension to be lifted. In the meantime, you may want to review your application strategy and ensure that you are only applying for jobs that are a good fit for your skills and qualifications.
If the suspension was due to inaccurate submission of applications without meeting certain requirements, you will need to carefully review the job description for each position you are interested in and ensure that you meet all of the requirements before submitting your application. Your services have been suspended due to inaccurate representation of company, internships or work placements, it’s important to carefully review your descriptions and ensure that they are informative and accurate. (see in paragraph: “Job description”; “Employer description”).
General
Laws of the Republic of Lithuania shall govern these Terms. It is valid in the territory of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes between the Parties shall be settled by mutual negotiation. If the Parties fail to agree, the disputes shall be settled in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania according to the place of the seat of the Executor.
The Terms and Conditions will come into effect from the moment the Client confirms that he/she accepts them and will remain in force for the duration of the relationship between the Client and Interrex.
Additional Terms and Conditions for Employer
Services
The purpose of the interrex.lt website is to offer job offers to those registered on the website.
The use of the website implies full acceptance of the current terms and conditions, as well as of any other legal notices that may be added to the website at any time.
We reserve the right to make as many changes and updates to the website as we may deem appropriate.
Fees
Interrex has a service fee for “Employers“. To post a job.
Once we receive payment from their designated payment method, the payment is non-refundable. You, therefore, agree not to ask your payment method provider to charge back any fees paid to us for any reason.
*Services may be free of charge during special offers, including job postings.
License to use Clients name, trademarks, and logos
The client agrees that we may use the Clients name, trademarks, and logos (“IP-Rights”) to provide the Services.
Additionally, the Client agrees that we may mention the Client as a reference client in our marketing materials (such as e.g. but not limited to websites, brochures, and social media), that we may use the Clients IP Rights in this context, and may present examples of the services provided to and the materials published on behalf of Client.
Limitation of Liability
The content of this website is general and has an exclusively informative purpose and effects. Interrex rejects the responsibility for any information not elaborated by her or published in her name in a manner not authorized by her, as well as the responsibility that derives from the bad use by third parties of the contents.
The user exonerates Interrex from any liability that may arise from interruptions in the availability of the website, due to malfunction of the web server or applications, communications infrastructures, or software and hardware used for navigation.
In the case of including links to other web pages, Interrex declines any responsibility related to the access and use of such links.
Browser policy
We support the current and most recent previous versions of all popular browsers and follow the HTML 5 (loose) and CSS 3 W3C standards. If your browser is not supported, you may still be able to access our site, but you may encounter some display problems.
We also require the Client to enable session cookies (enabling permanent cookies is recommended), and JavaScript, in their browser.
Rights in the database
Database rights and all other applicable copyright and intellectual property rights in the candidate database belong to Interrex. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any rights in the database or its content and that your retention and use of the database and its content are governed by these terms and conditions.

You acknowledge and accept that this is beyond our control, and refunds cannot be given in the event of untruthful information being submitted by candidates.
Use the information about the individuals contained in the database to contact them about a specific job.
Use the information only in connection with your recruitment-related activities.
You may NOT
Supply, sell, or license material from the candidate database, or a copy of it, to any other person, including another member of your group of companies.
Download or capture volume quantities of information from our database through any automated process (e.g. using automatic extraction software tools commonly known as robots and spiders).
Access our candidate database from a system that is not fully patched or does not have industry-standard Antivirus software installed that is regularly updated.
Dealings with candidates
You agree to deal fairly and professionally with individuals you may contact using information from the candidate database and not do anything which may bring them disrepute.
Passwords
Passwords are for the sole use of the person to whom they are issued. Passwords must be kept confidential and secure. We may deny access to a password if we reasonably believe that it is being used by an unauthorized person or that the user is breaching these terms and conditions.
